hello!!! i have had a problem,i first updated my 3gs to 5.0.1 and then again while trying to restore to 4.1 the phone doesnot shows baseband 6.15.00,its null and also wifi and bluetooth address is null...what should i do please help meee..

I have 3GS on 4.2.1 jailbreak and unlock with 6.15.00 BB. I have forgot the 4 digit security passcode and the phone is disabled to iTunes. when I connect to iTunes it give me msg that "connected iphone is locked but enter passcode and try again" . I don't know what to do now can u please guide me?
