the new G'zOne Boulder is water proof. It will be ok if immersed in water. However if you drop it in the toilet I wouldn't put too much faith in it because the screw on that back that holds in the battery is plastic painted like metal. Drop that it in the toilet and it'll probably break. I dropped mine on the floor from off of the bed and the stupid screw broke. Good luck if you have one.
