G20 Summit, Toronto (video commentary)

Greta Perry "The Princess of Positive" reports for www.rightpundits.com on the G20 Summit that took place this past weekend. As predicted before this video was even made, violence erupted in Toronto with over 900 arrests over the weekend. Police cars were lit on fire, police wearing riot gear were pelted with rocks and businesses were trashed. So is the joy of the G20 which will be hosted by South Korea in November and France in 2011. The pundits are saying that the United States the biggest loser in this year's G20, which is a crying shame. Maybe they should consider internet video teleconferencing for the next one! Do you think it was or is productive or waste of tax payer dollars?

I kind of disagree. The biggest loser was Toronto itself. The cost of holding this summit, security, etc far outweighed the gain for Canada. All that was gained was a European dedication to controling deficits and spending, which if the Europeans are serious, will put America at a real disadvantage for 3 more years. Obama humiliated himself in stating in essence that he would veto any deficit reduction measure until the end of his presidency. I wish that people paid attention.
