President of Turkmenistan speaks at the inauguration of the Institute of International Relations

Describing the main directions of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen President noted that the multifaceted cooperation with the United Nations is a strategic priority for Turkmenistan. Speaking about new international initiatives that Turkmenistan is going to put forward at the 66th session of the UN General Assembly, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said these initiatives aim to promote comprehensive strengthening of partnerships with the UN in order to achieve the global goals of mankind, the chief of which is to preserve and strengthen peace, stability and security.
