keep the seat post straight up. if you start to lean forwards, pedal faster to bring the wheel under you, and if you start to lean backwards, pedal slower, and your momentum will bring you back up.

Lol, it is hard I will be uploading me attempting to unicycle and followed bya horrible crash soon...maybe a few days lol.

i ride a unicycle (i'm better now!) It's exactly like walking you lean then pedal to catch up so you don't fall. Don't do it on grass you won't hurt yourself anyway because the unicycle will fall if you loose balance (provided you lean forward)

my advice is to concentrate on keeping the unicycle underneath you, not you on it, and keep your back straight and look at a fixed point on the horizon or equivelant

Well Hazel you can certainly ride a horse better than you can ride a Unicycle!!

you need to lean forward then pedal to catch up, yes it's like walking, but much much harder!!! you need to just brave it and let go of that thing, it won't help you, and if the unicycle goes to fall let it!! and look up!!! and stop trying to stay still (idle) you need to learn to go forward first!!
