@MrZifnab369 thats partially true, war like tribes often did initiate wars against colonial america, however its also true that after a while america basically started treated all native americans the same, whether they wished us harm or not, and thats where you get the horrifying actions of the trail of tears. The indian wars happened during the western expansion, But peaceful and allied eastern tribes were still forced to death march to new, less fertile lands. Thats the history.

@anon3445 are you for real? I don't know why you got off on that tirade but as far as history is concerned we came to America and made peace that was the first Thanksgiving. Years later when we had "got on our feet" so to say and the natives saw what we had and they didn't they began attacking American frontier towns and outpost. We taught them the same lesson then that we teach everyone every where. Don't pick fights with people who are bigger faster stronger and smarter than you.
