Doctor Who David Tennant Tom Baker Intro

Following up with my "starfield" intros with Tennant, I wanted to do one based on the first years with Tom Baker. So here it is.

After weeks of painstaking work, I've finally put together an intro for David Tennant similar to that of Tom Baker. This one was a lot more complex than the starfield, and while everything is original, (meaning I used NO EXCERPTS from the actual intro) it took Macromedia FLASH, Adobe Photoshop, Windows Movie Maker, and Nero Wave Editor to put this one together. I even had to edit the full length theme so that it would resemble that of the intro sequence.

I am pleased with how both of these turned out, and I am considering doing end title sequences for both the starfield and the "vortex."

Someone requested a Sylvester McCoy style intro with Tennant, so that will probably be my next biggie. The credit sequences won't be hard at all.

additional: The lead character wasn't beautiful and didn't win the day with guns or fisticuffs or with sexual prowess. It didn't try to sell itself to me with sickly sentimentality. It was, really, the definition of the show created by Sydney Newman, being a show for bright kids. That is a distinct tv show. When it was no longer that, it was a DIFFERENT tv show. It's just the vagaries of tv and greed that other producers got to run with the lore of an old show and make it "tv as usual".

Transition between segments of the theme were pretty blegh, but the idea is interesting, so...
