@gabullstud - Yes I see where you could say that but #15 for the year is not bas because Solid Gold used the old Radio & Records charts which was strictly a playback chart on radio. So it was the 15th most played song on radio(for stations that reported to radio & records) in 1982. Not bad in the whole grand scheme of the year.
