Build your biceps bigger and more defined by focusing on single arm precision.

How To:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, arms at your sides, and a dumbbell in each hand. Raise the dumbbell with one arm, and as you lift, turn your palm upward so that the weight is parallel to the floor. Lift until the dumbbell reaches shoulder height and return to starting position. Switch sides and repeat.
