The blimp features a slogan that reads, "Who is Ron Paul?" the 200-foot-long blimp (larger than the famous Goodyear blimp) promotes the Texas congressman's Republican presidential bid. It was launched from the TCOM base in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on December 14, 2007. This video shows the morning Rally, Welcome, and Launching of the Blimp.

  • Kinda sux they are only using the left side of the blimp. The right side is totally blank!

Only reaching half the people they could be!

  • This was the first launching. By now they have already put on the other banner so now they have one on both sides of the blimp!

  • could have done without the hippy on the bongos

  • I took pictures of it for like hours before the bucs games. It's reaching so many people. Everyone around me was looking up at it and I was smiling.

  • did it rip?

  • Should probably be question on one side and answer on another

  • Since we have a blimp, we need to make a human message on the ground with sparklers for the 1St of Jan, and instead of a money bomb, it should be word bombs.

  • For God's oh so dearly "Chosen People", they are quite the welfare mongers.
