You know I have no qualms about the income tax being legal or not. It may be legal by all measure. What my problem is though, is why do we pay for politicians to keep fucking up, why do we pay to keep cops on the road that make us pay more for breaking laws that they break all day, why do we pay for the banks to stay in business and say I'm not good enough to get that loan that I paid for through my taxes. Why do we pay for top secret black ops projects. I want a REFUND MOTHERFUCKERS

We no longer have a government that is of the people, by the people and for the people. We are no more than proletarians who are governed by those in power who will do what THEY want, and to hell with the average citizen. I think the IRS is the ultimate in organized crime, worse than the mafia. I don't believe our forefathers ever envisioned what we have now. Welcome to new world order.....YECHH!!!!!

so we propose an amendment to repeal the 16th amendment? then we can actually federalize the federal reserve, which basically happened when we did the big bank bailout. we truly need to rescind the money standard and go back to the gold standard. of course that goes against the goal of global socialism

I too learn there'e very dumb people out there unwilling to learn. They're stubborn like monkey from the jungle. states are not guaranteed to be republic. They are voluntary joined the Republic.
Rhode Island was the last state to ratify the United States Constitution. Vermont, Texas, Hawaii and California Republic once had a sovereign government. They join the union at different period. that's something u need to learn. lol

I have learned that there are some VERY ignorant people out there, you being one of the most. You have no clue how our Constitution works.
BTW, the States do not have Democracies, they are guaranteed to be Republics, just like the Constitution says.

@KhmerD0g Do you really think the fed can lock up a hundred million people or more if we all boycotted their efforts at ripping us off? Where do you think they have room for everyone in the overcrowded prison system? And who will they get to guard us all? How will they afford to feed that many people with everyone in jail? If you actually read the law as written, it's supposed to be "voluntary", because the IRS and tax laws that support it were instituted to help pay for WW1according to the Fed.

we have too many sheeples in America. they just stand around and let the Feds screw them in the ass. the FED prints money out of thin air which is unconstitutional. i would if i could boycott paying taxes. i can't afford to be civil disobedient because i have kids to feed.

@KhmerD0g I understand about having a family to take care of, and the responsibilities that go along with that, so it's a tough call, but this mess does need cleaning up somehow, otherwise we've lost what so many gave their lives to save; our liberty and freedom! You are absolutely correct when it comes to how the outlaw FED illegally prints money out of thin air, and if that is not stopped, we're all headed for ruin!
