Ray Stevens is so underrated. Unfortunately, he will be best remembered for his comedy songs. But his work and voice was so much better than that as can be seen through "Mr. Business Man" and this song.

This song first appeared on Ray's last album for Monument, Have A Little Talk With Myself. I got the LP off ebay. Unfortunately, it has yet to get a complete release. Ray also covered Hey Jude and Help on that album. The Everything is Beautiful album had covers of She Came In Through The Bathroom Window and Something. It is on CD.
