@KrayziSucks Um, yeah I did. I think everyone playing this game for the first or second time as a child wondered why you couldn't get over there. I tried over and over, myself.

I did this back in 2008 but died in the shadow temple and saved by accident... Now I'm going to do it all over again.

I've been trying this for hours... I keep failing completely or the chicken gets over and I stay down. I don't understand this thing at all...

I tried to do this EXACT THING a long, long time ago when the game was still relatively new, but I failed over and over. Now, all these years later, I realize that I was actually on to something! :D

I did this last night. Took me 2 hours of non stop trying. You can do it guys. Once I did this, it gave me the motivation to finish the challenge. I am currently just starting Adult Link. Now the fun begins.

I did this years ago, and I saved in the Thieve's Hideout like the guide said. Took a break, loaded the game back up... and I'm back in Kokiri Forest. That discouraged me from ever doing it again, needless to say. Tried it again today and got it after a few hours but got caught by the damn guards instantly. I'm so done with this trick.

It sounds like you saved in Gerudo's Fortress, not Thieves' Hideout.

No it was definitely Thieves' Hideout. Is there a certain part of it that you have to save in?

Alright, I know I'm on the edge of the spike, but whenever I try to jump to the left, or even straight out, I can never get enough height to my jump.

Going in a straight line will normally not get you enough speed. You need to go toward the bridge, then make a quick turn left.
