Footage taken from the 2007 BMW Rosebowl Final in Gold Coast, Australia.
FAQ's
Who is he playing?
Mark Draper. No that is not a mistake, Mark Draper is Scott Draper's brother.
Where is this played at?
Queens Park Tennis Centre, Gold Coast, Australia.
What was the end score?
6-4;7-6 to Mark Draper in the final round of the Rosebowl.
Is this the best Australian tennis has to offer?
Keep in mind Bernard Tomic was 14 at the time. Futhermore, this footage was taken during Bernard's struggling time. During this time, Tennis Australia cut his funds because he 'lacked effort' whilst competing in the Junior French open - making him unable to compete in the 2007 Junior Wimbledon. In my mind, Bernard is now a great player and hopeful for Australian tennis. However, if some disagree, feel free to discuss it in the comments.
How old was his opponent?
36 years old, 22 years Bernard's senior.
Is the Rosebowl a highly respected tournament?
Yes and no. About 40-or-so years back it was. At that time, players like Rod Laver flocked to the Gold Coast to compete. These days it is used as platform to provide experience for Gold Coast junior players; such as Bernard Tomic, Joel Braund, Monika Wejnert etc.
Wasn't there a video exactly the same as this on YouTube titled 'Bernard Tomic vs. Mark Draper: Highlights?'
Yes. Both videos are taken and edited by me. I uploaded it again on this account because I was getting copyright claims for the audio on my other account (NerdStalker). To ensure the video was on YouTube during the 2009 Australian Open, I re-uploaded it onto another account minus the copyrighted music.
Why is the footage so dodgy?
All the footage was taken on a phone with quite low pixels, bad zoom and the lighting of the camera messed up as well for some reason. Sorry.
Good luck Bernard!

Your argument is logical (unlike your grammar), but unfortunately you're incorrect.
On August 10th, 2007, I uploaded this same video under the username 'NerdStalker.' I used copyrighted material (song) and so it was taken down. This video is simply a re-upload.
I encourage you to read Nick Smart's article, 'Draper wins his third Rosebowl.' A Google should get you to it. Posted on August 6th, 2007, this should convince you (note: Tomic's birthday is in October).

Something else to consider is the quality of Queen's Park's Courts.
They're not that good, there's little rust coloured stains everywhere and I'm pretty sure it's not level.
I saw Bernard hitting with his Dad about a week before this tournament, I was playing on the court in the background in this video. He was pretty good, he didn't hit very hard back then, but pretty much everything went in.
He has improved enourmously since this footage was taken obviously.

As I recall, Joel Braund was playing on the court behind Bernard for the final few minutes of this game. Aside from that, I believe the court was unused...
But I definitely agree with you about the courts at QP. It is pathetic that QP can claim to be the 'best' tennis facility on the Gold Coast. But I guess Tennis Australia are tight-asses about their money...
