  • David Brighton (George) also does a David Bowie show.

  • @supercode3859

I will accept your answer, but if you told us Ron McNeil is the best John (Lennon I guess) , what do you think of Joe Stefanelli fromTHE MOPTOPS.

Please see also here on Youtube : BEATLES (not) locomotion or my favorite video at the moment and you will see:

Joe Stefanelli is not only a very good impersonator, but HE is THE real JOHN LENNON in the style of 1964 !

Nevertheless I like also your "John Lennon" , BUT ... ;-)

  • @babystinky No no no no Ron McNeil is the best john

  • best Beatles tribute band is "1964 the tribute" back 20 years ago,,when they were younger,,they were amazing,,,and looked just like them

  • One of the best Paul's I have seen is Ardy from the Fab Four, and the best John Lennon is Gary Gibson.

  • Very Cool!

  • Pretty good...just always busy. "No rest for the weary," as they say...haha.

  • HI Pam..

yes, I certainly remember a lot of those times too. How are you doing lately???

    Mikey

  • Ok...And in 1989 it was HELP! With Mac Ruffing, Jim Owen (he was only 18 at the time...), Joe Gallo and Rolo Sandoval who has been with the Fab Four now for who knows how long, they also went to Japan with Bobby Taylor. See, I remember because I was there...they rehearsed in our living room...(I was married to Mac). He had come out from Cleveland to live in LA and had previously auditioned for "Revolver" in Cleveland if my memory serves me correctly.

  • yes, I remember when Ron had joined John Preston here. I've known Ron for just a bit over 15 years now.

I saw Mac Ruffing just about a year or so ago in Montreal playing a show with Jim Owen doing a fill in job with the Classical Mystery Tour.

    see ya next time!!!
