Clinton No Teleprompter Oval Office - Lost Tapes

This is video that was thrown away and later found in a bunch of recycled tapes and then sent to crazyass.com. We've restored the video because we feel it's an interesting part of American History. The video shows President Clinton preparing for what we believe is his first speech in the oval office but they can't find the teleprompter and time is ticking before the cameras go live to the American Public - very interesting!

This is actually from June 22, 1993. It was a Saturday evening and Clinton was announcing a cruise missle attack against Iraq, because the CIA confirmed that that Saddam Hussein tried to kill Preseident George H.W. Bush when he visited Kuwait 2 months earlier. This was his seocnd TV address from the Oval Office. He'd spoke in February 1993 about the economy.
