The song you hear is "Recevez le corps du Christ" (CD album "Eucharistiques")and it is sung at the beginning of Communion, receinving the body and blood of Christ.

in italy there isn't only rome -.-( which i don't like too much) i'm italian and i assure you that there is a church like this every 5km.
