This is just a bunch of patched together 'uuhs'. They edit out the parts were he's actually talking and just leave in the parts where he's saying 'uuh' and 'aah'.

Everyone uses the 'uh' sound when they're trying to patch together coherent sentences in their minds. I'm sure if you cropped out the "uh's" of a 45-minute speech of any other politician, you'd get a few minutes of "uh's". I refuse to believe this is bad for obama until they compare this to another 45-minute speech by another politician, e.g. McCain and prove that they use far less "uh's" then Obama does.
