It's a well known FACT that Austin bitched over jobbing to Brock Lesner, hence he refused to do it and walked out on the company. LMAO. You're such an Austin fanboy, O MY GOD!!! Austin's ego was as big as Hogan's arguably even bigger. How many mid carders has Austin put over when he was on top???

  • @MASTERTED94

It takes two to tango. Austin needed his counter parts (Vince, Rock, Bret...) to achieve his successes. Rock and Vince were a HUGE factor in Austin being so over. Vince was the brains behind the operation and Rock was the main heel through out Austin's run in the late 90s.

  • @Kingjd87 Uhm done? What about Austin putting over Jericho(Armagedon01), Triple H(NoWayOut01) and Kurt Angle(Unforgiven01)? Thats 3 JOBS in a year that put over 3 stars.

Austin reached the top of the WWE in march98 was injured from november99 till September2000. And was basically on top again till about July02. So basically Austin had 3 interrupted years on top, and could not continue his career because of injurieswhenthe hell did he have time to put over talent on his LONG run ontop?

  • @thefreak985

Rock put over the FUCKING HURRICANE you nimrod. You mean to tell me Austin couldn't put over Brock Lesner?? Hell even HHH put over Sheldon Benjamin. Austin was a no jobbing prick in his hey day, a great entertainer nonetheless but not willing to put younger talent over....FACT!

  • @Kingjd87 Ok for starters Austin was gonna job too a ROOKIE Lesnar on an episode of RAW. Now how is that helpful, not a big stage to put Lesnar over on and makes Austin look weak. Also, the Rock got to be WWE Champion and main event Summerslam when he put Brock over

  • @5mikewwe92 Miami would've been picture perfect and I was thinking that if he were to be inducted any way, he should not only be the 1st inductee but also announced way ahead of the PPV before Wrestlemania. But being the 1st doesn't necessarily mean you're the headlining HOFer. Bret Hart and Hulk Hogan weren't announced 1st.

  • THE ROCK, is the Greatest wrestler in the history of the wwf and wwe he will never be forgotten and no one will ever surpass the rock with his mic skills and ring skills!!!!

  • @Mr1131988 I was wondering the same thing. But you'd think WWE would most likely have The Rock as the very first inductee if they were going to induct him. I have a feeling that Rock might be inducted into the HOF either next year or WM 30. With WM being in the NY area next year, it could be then.

  • @Kingjd87 Austin had the right to bitch about Lesnar. The way he dealt with the problem was immature but WWE had been misusing him the entire 2002 so his frustrations all just piled up when they told him of all people to do a random job to Lesnar on a random Monday Night RAW. I think he deserved better than that considering how he carried the WWE the past 3 years, he should've at least been given the proper buildup and not the 1st sacrificial lamb to WWE's newest rising star.

  • Does WWE have any plans of inducting The Rock this year into the HOF? It's in Miami so that would be great but then we already have the Four Horsemen and Edge. It would seem like overkill. I wanna see Mick Foley induct The Rock.

  • @coolins112 cont...cutter of all time and is 1 of the Top 3 of all time. According to Cena, Rock is the Best entertainer the WWE has ever had. Seriously, The Rock is So MUCH better than what fans like you make him out to be. He's just as good as HBK, Flair, & Eddie both in the ring & on the mic. That's a fact.

  • @coolins112 cont... Underrates Rock's mic & ring skills. Rock could Literally do just about anything in the ring Flair & HBK could do. In fact, Rock is pherhaps the most athletic superstar in WWE history. But all the marks & smarks out there make it like Rock wasn't that good, when he really was. He's had great matches with Benoit, Y2J, HHH, Taker, Show, Angle, etc. Rock's been complimented by fellow wrestler for both his ring & mic skills. According to Y2J, he's the Best promo..
