if you were to add experiments in plasma VVL or UHF freq. modulation (see, The Video of Tesla Coil - Ghostbusters Music Theme here on You Tube), could that explain the reports of "lights or windows", and interference with camera's and electronics? ( again I'm talking earth born UFO's).

Gee, Freeze framed it looks like an arc across the to 90 degree sides and the Hyp. If this were applied to a earth born UFO, "flying saucer," would there be any advantages? Rotating disc under opposite electrode at top?

@RevengeTheHedgehog They published articles about this, it's an not-so-recent work, started on the 80s... look for electrothermal gun on google and after a while you will find their work
