She really should be talking about why our MPG average is BELOW that of the 1908 Model-T. And how the technology for 100+MPG is over 20 years old. There are engineers today driving 1000+MPG cars that they updated themselves. This technology is being withheld from the public for no other reason then to inflate oil company profits.

Her numbers are wrong. The estimated offshore oil supply in LEGAL drilling sites is 68 billion barrels or just under a 9 year supply. In sites covered by the offshore drilling ban there is 18 billion barrels or just over a 2 year supply that we would not see for over a decade.
