Yes, it's about the biblical narrative. Notice at one point she says "the bible didn't mention us, not even once." You can read the story on wikipedia, just search Samson or Delilah. It tells both stories on their pages.

i hear diff things about how this is not about samson and delilah and how it's about a woman in love with a man who's married. idk. i hear diff things but personally i think she's singing as if it's delilah telling her side of the story/throug her eyes since it was never in the bible? what do u guys think? i could be wrong

Yes, a kind of Love Song, it is about Samson and Delilah, by the bible.

Samson got long Hair, so he was invulnerably , but Delilah cut his hair for money, so his Enemys could capture him.

But it´s the Best, you read about, at Wikipedia for example, then you unserstand better :-)
