You compare "free sex" to drinking and driving? You have to be kidding me. Sex is not a danger unless one is being dangerous either by their methods and frequency (of having sex) or by becoming impaired by... ALCOHOL or OTHER DRUGS so as not to be able to make good decisions. Drunk driving is always dangerous to everyone around since the impaired driver is operating a few thousand pounds of vehicle on open roadways. Fucking someone with A-Z STDs will not infect their entire neighborhood... idiot

Read the 4th amendment. No search or seizure without probable cause and only then if there is cause can a warrant be issued. If nobody has harmed anyone then leave them alone! If harm does come then we do something about it. The money these states collect from ordinary people is unbeleivable. And what do they do with it? Does anyone know? Its all corrupt.

These checkpoints and efforts of the-like have deterred a LOT of drunk driving. This kind of thing has effected some bar-business too, illustrating clearly that people refuse to control themselves i.e. don't go out and drink moderately and thus behave responsibly because they apparently are incapable. I see it EVERY week. Drunk-driving is not a small problem and "they" wouldn't make ANY money on it if people would STOP BEING IRRESPONSIBLE, SOCIOPATHIC FUCKING ASSHOLES. Cheers to law enforcement.
