  • thankyou

i am glad it has helped you

  • I do this one or two times a day if i have pain and it doesnt inflame the tissues. Do it two to three times a day and see how u feel, if u get a bit sore just back it off a bit. My guess is that you have not removed the cause of your problem which is why you still suffer from pain-do you sit at a computer/laptop a lot?

  • Brilliant!!!

  • Press on them so that you feel a 'good pain', in other words it will feel relieving as you press on the tender spots. Make sure when you are playing your guitar that your shoulder is not elevated-make sure that its relaxed and down. If not you are constantly contracting those muscles and havent removed the cause. The tingling can come from pressing on nerves and also trigger points can cause this sensation.

  • will this work on lower back

  • Most definately! A ball is great for use on your lower back and buttocks region-for my buttocks I use a slightly bigger ball though, its easier and works better

  • holy crap...it's jason statham!

  • This worked for me completely. I had a tight middle back on the right side so I loosened up my tight muscle. This tightness was caused either by my weighted backpacking or my pull-up training. I did this plus a few stretches found also on youtube.

  • this guy seems like a knobhead

  • Worked great. I also found that when I held pressure on those certain spots for a few seconds sometimes I could take a good deep breath from the belly (shoulders relaxed) and my back would give a gentle little pop and relieve the tension.

  • @komun1212 Absolutely, if you work at a computer a lot you can develop RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) regardless of good posture. The muscles become overused and since they're never allowed proper rest, RSI can develop. Get on a good stretching (daily!) routine and take breaks at the computer, 5 minute break with stretching and relaxing the shoulders/hands EVERY HOUR!!

I cannot stress this enough, RSI is LIFE STYLE RELATED, and in order to heal you need to change the things that cause/aggravate.

  • Thanks:). This goes on my list.

  • i have a question, i do use a computer, i work with one, BUT i have a very good back posture, does it have anything to do with my pain, even though my back is always straight?

  • My bakc feels so much better

  • I am a licensed reflexologist & this is a great way to relieve knots & areas of tension. I do this with my clients. Wonderful technique. Of course when you can't get around to going to get body work done.
