Hillary Clinton's Very Bad DREAM

Some U.S. citizens won't be able to go to college if Hillary Clinton gets her way. She supports an anti-American bill called the "DREAM Act" which gives college discounts to illegal aliens. One of its major side-effects is taking college discounts away from U.S. citizens.

There are only so many college discounts available, and there will always be more applicants than discounts.

No matter how you look at it, every discount that goes to an illegal alien is one that won't go to a U.S. citizen.

Don't feel too bad for illegal aliens: they can always appeal to their home countries for college help. U.S. citizens should be able to appeal to their country for college help, but all Hillary Clinton wants to give them is the shaft.

You don't understand. Illegal immigrants is what make this economic going. They are the ones who works their butts off instead of sitting on a couch hating other people. If they get legal status, they will be the one who boost up the American economy. Also, it's not college "discount" It's called "loan". Illegal immigrants needs money to graduate college in order to get a great job instead of working in fast food restaurant. Once they graduate, they'll find job to pay off loan and pay tax.

Further, why would DA supporters deprive foreign countries of productive workers? DA supporters want to take smart people away from Mexico in what some might refer to as "convenient colonialism". Instead of going to foreign countries and taking their resources, some want to make things easier on themselves: invite the resources to come here.

Umm except the DREAM Act is essentially providing a road for illegal aliens to become legal citizens, responsible for paying taxes like the rest of us. By giving that illegal alien the discount for two years of college, that alien will become a taxpaying american like you and me, and there will be more money for discounts in the future.

The DA will encourage more illegal immigration leading to a repeat of the current situation and an attempt at DA 2, DA 3, and so on. And, all those amnesties will have the impact of taking college educations from U.S. citizens no matter the supposed payoff down the road.

Seriously... It was the CHOICE of the parents to come here. They ran the risk that they could be deported.

We may have rights in America, but it is NOT a right to live in America. It is a privilege enjoyed by natural citizens and those who actually give a damn enough to go through the proper process to live here. This country does not accommodate the 'perceived' rights of the citizens of another country.

Saludos y felicidades a mis hermanos americanos y mexicanos de la bendita nacion USA, creo que el gobierno del presidente Oama y ustedes han sido muy inteligente en buscar la DREAM act. Porque le traera muchos beneficios economicos a USA. Esta nacion por lo menos requiere una planta de trabajdores alrededor 50 millones de mano de obra en diferentes puestos que ocupa.
