Yes I hate them as well. Twickenham also use Toyota IQ's. It's just another tax and if the whole country refused to pay them, the courts would grind to a halt. They are even using fixed cameras to issue parking tickets, and these were meant to be for unsociable behaviour.

@magmannus It's a spy car: Smart Car with 12ft telescopic pole with DV camera fitted with 40x zoom with 360 degree pan & tilt recording onto mirrored RAID drives used to milk the public...erh, enforce parking and traffic regulations. They are supposed to be visible deterrents but in practice they frequently operate covertly. As a judge recently said ideally their goal should be "100% compliance with no penalties" but some raise £500,000 pa (over $350,000)!

they do this in scotland but its on a community wardens van ,,but the camera is not exactly hidden its about 15 ft in the air how the fuck could you miss it ,id more than likely crash my car reading your sign lol no i mean good job fighting back these scum ...big brother is just big bother now ,they arent very inventive and to think i used to be scared of these fucks

God, i hate theses bloody smart camera cars! My mum got her first parking fine in the 30 years shes been driving! I mean, i have no problem with traffic devices which save peoples lives, but theses take the piss!
