Hey nice to see someone else that loves Diet Chef. I have done lighterlife also for 6 days and it was awful. I was so ill from it so I had to come off it. I found Diet Chef and I lost 1 and a half stone last year and now I am back on it this time around. Hey how good is that spicy beef soup!!!!
I also like the butternut squash soup. Anyway thought I would say hi... Joel x

@hkilleen i was almost 16 stone and a size 18! Im now 13stone and a size 14/16 =) I was to loose another 2 stone I think, Im not bothered about size just weight to be honest xxx

I've left about a million comments on your blog about this diet chef malarkey! It sounds INCREDIBLE! YOU LOOK FANTAAASTIC! But i just went onto the site and it's rather expensive & as a student currently without a job I was wondering if you could give any advice on cheaper ways to loose weight. I mentioned on the post on ur blog im going on holiday with girls who have bodies like Kelly Brooke or are size 8 with big boobs and dread the thought of feeling self conscious for 2 weeks! HELP! XXX

ohh i've been there hun! im always the biggest =( The best advise, eat smaller portions!! dont calorie count!
Have a healthy breakfast like porridge, snacks change to fruits lunches cold meats and salads, low fat dressings... dinners.. GRILLED meats! no fried stuff. Lots of steamed veg... try to stay away from sauces. Also, 30 mins of exercise!! Zumba helps me! =) xxx
