I love hearing you talk about your workouts. You inspire me to want to do those things too and yet I fail. lol I mean I could bike that on a weekend day but during the week I am crammed for time. Glad to see things are going well with you.

WOw, fun day. SOunded like a Triatlhon, just missed the swim ;) I ride my bike but no hills, I can't make to the top, LOL (YET). One day, I will try the side trails we have around here. Keep it up!!
