if you bought it new you can go back to the shop you bought it and ask for a repair or a new one simple as that

it is easy to fix!!!:D under the servo there is a magnet and a rotation stopper.. just bend the rotation stopper chip just a tad closer to the magnet on the end of the servo axle until it stops glitching.. and the magnets can also be full of dust.. whipe the magnet and you should bee good..

I just got ont, and the ailerons freeze if you move them left, I think there are some defo servo faults inthis plane

what happened? did you have it fixed? or did they have it replaced? is it a common fault?

should be easy?? I don´t know. I bought this plane last week and it had almost the same problems..the rudder servo kept rotating so I sent the plane back and now I´ll see what´s gonna happen..repair or give money back.
@hermancjr The plane was like this when I got it. The was some metal particle dust below the servos (the servos position themselves using small magnets and sensors - the magnets were covered in metal dust) that could have been the cause of the sensing errors. I think the plane was sold to me used, I did pay the full price though... I hear the whole board has been changed to a new one a month ago (few weeks from purchase), but I haven't had the chance to pick the plane up yet (500kms away).
