As in branding with a soldering iron as InfidelResistance suggested? Yeah I thought of that too, but burn marks like that take longer than a few days to fade and that seems to be the case with the child- every few days the letters fade away and are replaced by other verses apparently by God. Don't know about you, but last time I got burnt with a soldering iron I didn't get a fever and the burn mark took over a week to heal. But that's assuming that he does get a fever at all...

لقد كُتِبَ بنوع من حوامض الكبريت على جلد هذا الطفل البري . يمزج بالماء ويكتب به ،ولا يظهر أي شيء على الفور،إلا بعد عدة ساعات بعد الإستعمال.
