This is an unboxing and first impressions video of the Zune HD. The model I'm looking at here is the 16 GB model, in black, and it sells for $219 USD as of September 2009. Check the link above for the best price.

The Zune HD has a 3.3 inch OLED touchscreen, in a 16:9 aspect ratio, at 272 x 480 pixel resolution. It uses the NVIDIA Tegra APX 2600 processors to accelerate graphics and achieve impressive performance. The Zune HD comes in 16 GB (Black) and 32 GB (Platinum) models. ZuneOriginals.net has them in blue, green, and red as well.

@Acuprotech The Zune HD is a dead product, and I can't recommend buying dead products because they don't have a future. However, if you get one for a really good price and don't mind not having future firmware updates and just use it as-is...then go for it. :-)

@0xXAltairXx0 iPod just kills all MP3s and Zune HD was made specifically to go against the iPod Touch in the market, but iPod destroys it in sales. I guess people prefer a overpriced "mini-computer" then an actually media player.

I bought mine refurbished off Best Buy for $100, and I simply love it. As a media player it's awesome; awesome audio, hd radio, and great video. I didn't buy it for aps or social media, so I'm extremely happy with it. Too bad Apple crushed this, because this is/was one sweet device for media, podcast, audio, radio, and video playback. Guess folks just love them aps and Apple.
