Tiger Airways isn't Australian, it's Singaporean.
Australia has a reputation for some of the best pilots in the world.
Tiger is nothing more than a low budget asian crap.

I've been a country music fan for years. I found Dale Watson not too long ago and he is already one of the biggest inspirations for me. Dale is authentic and real. It's what country is supposed to sound like.

Excellent !!!! This airline should be permanently grounded. It's a wonder they didn't introduce a fee to go to the toilet or even breathe the very air inside the cabin.

Good on you Dale for publically naming and shaming this disgusting airline and the useless "customer service" staff they employ. I should point out that Tiger Airways is NOT an Australian Airline. They are a cheap, money hungry, Singaporean company, sadly though most of the apethetic and incompetent staff they employ here are Australians. Next time you need a regional flight in Australia try QantasLink or Rex, they are real airlines who look after their customers better.

So so true - music to my ears :)))) ....waited 6 months to get a refund after they double charged me. Abso-bloody-lutely hopeless airline with no idea. They seem to work by the idea that the customer will eventually get sick of complaining or just die waiting. Glad you got your money and refund Dale.
