I don't get it, if rock is "Satan's Music" why is there such things as "Christian Rock"? Isn't that like... an oxymoron or something?

@Ralain OR Bands that consider themselves to be Christian wish to try to counter act the "Devil encouraging" music, so they label themselves as Christian Rock bands, and the music companies see it as a money opportunity, and way to influence so adopt it and make the title. Christian Rock was not an official music genre till recently, past 10 years or so.

@Ralain Same thing, police carry weapons to do "Good" acts while a bank robber will carry 1 for "Bad" acts, don't try that. It makes sense why there would be Christian rock, 1 alot of Christians do not allow their children to listen to Rock, by Coming out with Christian rock, they can then tap into a demographic and make money off of those people AND push incorrect "Love is all you need" doctrine of Christians instead of the true Gospel of repentanc,and Jesus's death on the cross for our sins.

Thanks for putting out this video. As a former rocker, I understand the seduction of rock and roll. I've done much research on rock and who the rock stars follow. Crowley comes up quite often. To quote David Bowie "Rock has always been the devil's music" Rolling Stone Magazine February 12, 1976. Do your own research, google Crowley and your favorite rock band and see how deep the whole goes.

a point of clarity. The song Every breath you take is about a relationship in which the guy is controlling. It is true it is not a love song. Sting was however trying to bring to light a problem in our society which make women live in fear. Sting did say it was poision. He did not say it has anything to do with big brother. His song was ahead of it's time in bringing light onto a terrifying truth in our society. In stings own words, "People just weren't ready to hear it yet"
