****UPDATE****

May 7, on a 4 lane highway, while riding in the right lane, a driver in the left lane fell asleep, drifted into the median, woke up, and over corrected, slamming into me at 68mph. Both me and the bike went flipping into the air, and I landed in the ditch, with 4 broken toes, road rash covering my entire stomach, a chunk of my right knee missing, and my left heel had the skin pulled off, along with various other scrapes and bruises. The bike is totaled, after 2 months of riding, and the guys insurance barely paid it off. It will be several months after my surgery in June, before I can walk or ride again, but rest assured I will be back on a bike!

Ride safe everyone, and keep an eye on all the drivers out there.

My new 09 Fat Boy with the chrome wheel option.

And yes, this was taken with a digital camera, so it sucks.

And I do plan on upgrading the pipes to a set of Vance and Hines Big Shots 2 into 2's.

  • Well, I am able to ride again and recently bought a 96 Fat Boy, and a couple weeks ago some idiot pulled out in front of me and I had to lay it down. He didn't even stop, but since it was in a parking lot at low speed, it didn't total it. Fixed it and got it rideable again, and now the only thing scratched is the engine guard and a highway peg, and I have to replace the left turn signal. It may not be as beautiful as the 09 was, but it's paid for, and its my baby. Ride safe!!

  • @rollandkirby i was wondering if u have got ur street glide if so the first thing i would do is pull that heel shifter off i think those things are dangerous i pulled mine off as soon as i got my street glide

  • @galvatronthekiller Actually I sold the Street Glide a couple of months ago, and I'm currently riding a Sportster Sport XL1200S, Thanks for the advice though.

  • hey yall im 6' 2" and roughly around 310. do any of yall know a good model of HD that wont have a problem with my wait and has forward mounted pegs/controls? and also fairly inexpensive. ive only been riding for half a year or so and im tired of my dirtbike.

any advice would be cool. just give me a pm thanks.

and by the way man, nice bike, and sorry to hear about the wipeout. my friend broke his collar bone in a similar insodent. not near as bad as you had it though...

  • A nice used Road King ought to treat you well. You can usually find them on Craigslist for under $10k

  • great bike!!! whats the name of this song

  • @rollandkirby

You think you learn something by now that you have no idea what you're doing, riding a very limited bike, and you are NOT properly geared up to ride? Dumbass, stay in a car and stop posting how stupid a rider you are. Typical Harley owner with his head up his ass. Always the other guys fault. Get a real bike. I avoid all kinds of wrecks because I can.

  • why do ppl ruin motorcycle videos with gay music, just covers up the awesome sounds of the engine
