Jose Miguel Insulza, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, argues that the principal threat to democracy in Latin America is that most of its governments do not have the power or conditions to rule effectively. He calls on the region to strengthen its political institutions,which he maintains will create more social and economic equality over time. Insulza deja de Chulearte a Venezuela no seas descarado, deja de andar en los aviones de la Fuerza Aerea de

Venezuela y en los Aviones de PDVSA, o es que la OEA no tiene dinero para financiar sus actividades entonces hay

un golpe de estado le quito todas las competencias Hospitales, Policia, Bomberos,presupuesto l a pesar que

Sin vergúenza Insulza no le da pena salir corriendo, saltando cuando su amo Chavez el que le paga su remesa le ordeno el bloqueo y el ataque al nuevo gobierno de Honduras, no dijo nada durante el fraude electoral en Nicaragua Noviembre 2008, tampoco dice nada de las violaciones a la Carta Interamerica de los derechos humanos Chavez prohibio la entrada del ralator y Usted se hizo la vista gorda. Igual paso en Bolivia Aprobaron una cosntitucion en un cuartel militar sin la oposicion.
