Yes, only 9 or 10 HP. The X99 is quite an old design but still one of the best boats around 33ft that I know. The little surprise is a surprise indeed. In low winds you can sail faster upwind than boats longer than 35 ft. Also in rough conditions you still can keep the pace and sometimes even point higher. The one in the video is even a bit more surprising....

Und die Selbstwedefock gehört da auch nicht hin.
Aber die Surprise ist einfach ein grenzgeniales Boot.
Das einzige französische Fahrzeug, das sofort anspringt.

Heck verlängert, durchgelattetes Groß, Kiel mit mehr Tiefgang und Bombe, high aspect Ruder. Die anderen Boote von Archambault sind aber auch nicht von Pappe. Habe selbst eine JOD 35. Figaro 2 ist auch nicht übel. Aber die kleine Surprise ist wirklich eine Überraschung
