Thanks, yeah i have to say he is my favorite no matter what. i think if the jockey didnt have to hold him back for those couple of seconds behind these two horses he could have won it. I like Rachel, i really do but Mine is incredible and truly a powerful amazing horse.

You are absolutely right, Mine That Bird, is a incredible horse, that horse is incredible, not taking anything from Rachel Alexandra, but had Mine That Bird went to the outside he would have won that race. He was held up. I was actually undecided between Rachel and Mine That Bird, but ultimately I went for Mine, I liked his energy and speed. Ultimately, it was a win win and a win loss for me.

In the race today Mind that bird came up from last to second, they hold him back and set him loose on the last two furlongs.

Knowing what an upset like this does to racing revenues should say allot. A jockey can block or open for a pass. Did you notice not one single foul as he went through the pack FIVE WIDE?

they never cheat in horse racing!.....this horse just happin to wake up, on derby day......the other 18 horses(grade 1 winners ) just happin to have a bad day

My hats off to Mine that Bird! he may have just placed third in the Belmont, but still ran a great race and I was at the Preakness to watch him place second, and his Derby win a real symbol of greatness! I love this little horse!
