  • okay so this dude is talking about racing this car. Yes, he looks like he is an intense track driver.

  • His name is dick Ryan

  • @foodu using a lower gear to "HELP" u slow down will on a steep grade will not wear it in away where u will notice it! Like i said, its a must up here with how steep the grade is unless u want to warp your brakes and have nothing! Now @ the track, that's a different story.

  • @dukviper90 I know exactly what you're talking about. If you actually followed up on either of the articles I described, they both explain that DOWNSHIFT BREAKING CAUSES ENGINE & TRANSMISSION WEAR.

  • @foodu what the hell are u talking about? i think u misunderstood my post. i am talking about using a lower gear to slow down. Of course u should rev match to down shift. i was reply too KaneNFL dude.

  • @dukviper90 Sorry, but that's quite wrong. Downshifting without rev matching does cause engine and transmission wear. The guys at Edmunds know more about this than you do... search google for "heel and toe downshifting" and read the first hit from Edmunds, or check out the wikipedia entry. There still are reasons to slow by downshifting -- if you need to, then do it -- but avoiding wear is one of reasons the pros heel & toe instead.

  • @morecowbell69 what is that supposed to mean?

the 2008 model of the 350z had 300hp? i think?

and the older models had 270 hp?

  • do it come in manual
