Oh my goodness. I guess Pat thinks Bewitched and I Dream of Genie can fill you up with demonic spirits too for their promoting of witchcraft and the Islamic occultist notion of Djinnis? Oh, wait. I am glad to see responses from so many Christians. If we are really followers of Christ though, we need to clarify our thoughts on Demons. The bible is very clear that demons and angels exist. Jesus even cast out demons in a herd of pigs. The power of the devil and his demons does fall short of God's. The devil is not all-knowing or always present with us. Obsession with movies about witchcraft, or any other sin, can open us up to attacks. The devil will claim permission based on sinful actions

I am Christian. I believe in goodness and pure evil forces. But Robertson is a boldfaced liar. You cannot get possessed by a demon from watching a movie. It is FANTASY. The movie was made by real people about THINGS THAT DO NOT EXIST. It is all special effects, CGI, costumes, makeup, etc. I think most people know that enough to realize that just watching a movie will not make them bad or fill them with a demonic spirit. People choose whether or not to be evil. It DOESN'T come from books/movies!!
