He doesn't mention on this video that he excercises regularly, and in addition to losing the weight he lowered his cholesterol and his blood pressure. I saw him almost every one of the 30 days and he's not onlyt about losing weight, he's concerned with real health.
Healthy? loosing weight is not a measure of healthy food...You can loose weight by eating chocolate! if you only have a small amount breakfast, lunch and dinner. Actually pretty much any food if that is all you eat and take only controlled portions you can loose weight.
