Here's a new challenge workout you can try. http://www.bodytransformationblackbook.com/insiders/kettlebell-300-workout/ It's a kettlebell 300 workout in which you'll need three kettlebells. If you don't have kettlebells, you can use dumbbells. Be very careful if you have adjustable dumbbells. You don't want the weights flying off.
