*coughcoughit's a remakecough
On topic, the crits just aren't as interesting. Mostly because everything is better with spinning, and the myrmidon and swordmaster crits aren't giving me much of a swift swordsmen feel that the gba games did.

Yes, in the old FE games' fan translations and in this game's fan translation, Cavaliers are named Social Knights. Only the official US and Europe translations name this class Cavalier. Now that it has been released outside of Japan, the official translations show the right name, Cavalier.

The question is if you get to make your own character this time. Have you been allowed that in any game? I've only tried FE7 so far and while it lets you type in your name on a character known as "The Tactician", it's not really what I'd personally want.

What are you talking about exactly?

He's talking about if you actually get create a unit, such as his name and what job he starts off as. In fe7 you got to name a person who did nothing combat wise or was in no way important to the storyline of the game.

Oh, that, no. You don't get to name the people. Shadow Dragon has been released, if you want to try this game in English you can do so now.

@ozshane3x Oh, just to remind you, a new game has been released, a remake of FE3, Monsho no Nazo. That game has a unit, "My Unit", which you can customize: set its class, gender, name and historical background. It's only released in Japan though, for now.
