The donor and the women understand this. Why can't you?

The issue is simple. is it his child? yes. Did he get the woman pregnant? well without his sperm there would have been no child so again the answer is yes. He is the kids dad. the issue is very simple. The fact that neither the donor nor the mother want the father to have no relationship is completely irrelevant.

A woman that had a partner with whom she wished to raise a child, lacking only a sperm sample that she herself could not supply and desiring no relationship with the donor. The donor participated solely to fulfill the wishes of the two women. The donor and the women understand this. Why can't you? Just batshit crazy, I guess. It was not his desire to have and raise a family, just his desire to make it possible for someone else, who wanted a child to raise, to have their dream. You are crazy if you can't see the difference. If he had a one night stand and got a woman pregnant, he has responsibility because he didn't take precautions and created a child. The two women WANTED a child and needed his donation. The rest is up to them. Say I give you a car. Am I responsible of changing the oil for you?
