I sooo disagree =P. Jcav hit me in the first couple of frames of thunder and it looks like super armor, which is a bit different from invincibility which happens a bit after what everyone else is talking about...

You guys ever been hit by Wolf's over-b? o.O. It just has an insane amount of freeze frames, and in this case thunder was still traveling so it hit wolf because his over-b freezes for so long. Thunder's only special property is that it gets a few frames of invincibility when the blue part appears.
