She used high urdu vocabulary and if you do not have any idea about Urdu then you didnt understand anything.
So I will try to give you some hope in life. Even though we take all different classes in our 4 years of academic work but our concentration is on our major and that is exactly she ment here coz at the end she said every member of the society should have broad understanding of the teachings.

Hello, I really do not have any idea about Urdu, but whatever I understood about science students and other subjects....
Me being an engineering student had to take 4 commerce subjects, my friend from commerce background had to take science subjects, and we all had to study Maths.
In US, Engineering students not only study science and Maths in Engineering, but also History, Psychology, Geography, and many other languages like German, Spanish etc.
So well spoken, but not too accurate.
