What the title says, stay in tune, keep an eye on my channel, I won't ask for subs because IF I do, now one will do that anyway... Breakbeat hardcore made with hardware.

Akai S1000, Roland S330, Atari 1040Ste running Cubase, Korg M1, Casio Rapman, Alesis QuadraVerb, Yamaha SPX50D, Mackie CR1604, Phonic MX8800 (found in a 2nd hand shop and bought it for no reason), tape and a motherfucking ROLAND W30!!! I've not made tunes with it yet, but I will do soon, the sampler is slightly better than the S330, but S330 editing is easier. I got best of both worlds now.

  • still think its mad how ya got the knowledge of making this type of music considering you would have just been a twinkle in ya daddy's eye when this sort of stuff was about lol. When is the album up for download mate?

  • @Core2lee91 Not sure mate, I'll let you know when it's finished. Could take a while though. About the gear... Started at these shitty Prodigy websites about gear and samples, then YouTube came around, searching on forums, Vintage Synth Explorer, learned about Akai and Emu samplers. The production started after a couple of years of listening, help from my mate @vegunited06 and a little intelligence :)

  • @Core2lee91 okay, I knew about the SP1200, I used to think I needed that for hardcore/jungle. Now I know a single W30 is enough hahaha

  • How does a guy born in '94 get access to this kind of equipment and hear about this kind of music? I mean I'm not the one to talk about hearing about this music since I'm from close years, but the equipment... how, the, fuck.

  • @sticksquash Cassette of Music for the Jilted Generation at the age of 6, I grew up with that. at 12 I discovered YouTube and thus ardcore jungle breakbeat shit. Then asked some people what they used back in the day, then searched for samplers on the net and here we are :) there dead cheap nowadays.
