No I don't.

By the way. For the cone beam artefacts, Toshiba is using cone-exact software which completely eliminates this artefact. The real world is not turning the way Siemens thinks so in their training meetings... For the sales figures, Toshiba is the leader of 64 slice segment. For the quality and dose savings I would be glad to show you the difference between Toshiba and the rest. Believe me my friend, Toshiba is a company producing the finest CT systems as a tradition... Try to keep up

Now I got the point. You work for Siemens don't you :))) The weak chain of the CT sector. So can you tell me why siemens has introduced real 64 slice dedectors ( AS series ) Your prior excuses were exectly the same last year. What has changed ??? Let me tell you. Siemens has re-discovered America. But it is too late. Coverage is everything in cardiac scan.

Market share figures say otherwise. Very low impact at the RSNA. 256 or 320 is indeed impressive but you seem to miss the point, slices are one thing but it needs to come together with temporal/spatial resolution and image quality. What about the cone beam artefacts.... and at what tube power can they operate? All suppliers (with perhaps the exeption of Siemens) have the technology to develop 256 and above scanners and they'd do so today if that was the only important thing.

It seems that there is some jealous challengers out there. Now read carefully: Aquilion ONE ( 320 ) is ON THE MARKET... If you got 3.000.000-USD you can order ONE :))))) Toshiba rules the CT market...Respect...

Toshiba as been announcing such systems since 2003, but still nothing in the market.

Toshiba 256 is called as 4D CT. It covers hearh completely at one singe rotation at 0,5 mm slices at a number of 256 real slices. Which means, you can see the hearth beat in real time at any bpm... You can not do this with Siemens Dual Source Definition...

You are wrong my friend. That system does not have 64 or 128 channel. It has 32 channel dedector with a straton tube on each. Which means 32 x 2 x 2...This is only available on caridac studies..Not whole body. So that system is not better than a standart real 64 slice scanner. Toshiba's 256 is something far different...
It seems that this is a rubish GE CT scanner. Toshiba performs the best technologies in this bussiness. Now multislice CT technology is at 64 slice / rot level. Toshiba has finished the 256 slice model and waiting to release it end2007...

yes, i know, but Siemens have release a new concept of ct, the Dual Source CT, with two xray tubes, with diferent kilovoltage, with this technique you can increase 100% the contrast of soft tissue. The new ct came with 64 and 128 channel, and decrease the dose to the pation in a half.
