PHIL HARE - WHILE MY GUITAR GENTLY WEEPS

It's been 'Beatles Week' for some of my pupils/clients, so it's fitting to conclude with one of Georges' great songs from 1968. This is my own arrangement, but it does bear comparison with others out there on the 'tube' in that it's not too difficult to play! Although, attention to detail will bring rewards.

Liked the little harmonic change (diminished chord) in the middle section. Nicely played overall in fact... but Phil, watch what you do with those apostrophes...only 1 George wrote that song. Great playing though. Superb.

@blossomsquirrel Cheers. Yeah, people (including me) always have a problem with that. If I'd put George's, I would think I was saying 'George is', however, the one at the end pluralises it!

Really nice arrangement. I'm just getting serious about playing

again after a 20 year hiatus and wish I had a local teacher

with your level approach to these tunes.
