I had my surgery 5 weeks ago ,the locking and clicking has stopped but i am getting some pain along the finger at the knuckle is this common ,how long does it take for the original inflammation to reduce?

Work in habitat restoration and have developed slight trigger-finger in my right ring finger. Health insurance is above my pay grade at the moment, so will have to try some light exercises to help restore a full range of motion.

Thanks for the upload of this video as i am having this surgery in the very near future , its my left hand middle finger and its stopping my guitar playing very frustrating.
