You put a lot of words in my mouth, words I have never actually said. Saying that stereotypes aren't universal facts and that all Jews aren't obsessed with money (to the point of greed) or that all Germans aren't obsessed with order (to the point of fascism) is not "political correctness", it's reality. I don't know what kind of anger issues you have there, but perhaps you should leave the internet sometimes, travel, meet some people :)
